Patchwork for Cornerstone

This was a year long project, subcontracted through WEA in partnership with the charity Irish Community Care. Dani led 2 groups of elderly participants, aged between 70 and 90 years old, (based in Levenshulme and Salford) through the patchwork process. The participants designed, cut and hand sewed their patchwork pieces. The overall aim of the project was for the group to produce several finished patchwork quilts which were donated to the Cornerstone charity for the homeless in Manchester.
